I started as a technical writer, and since then I’ve also been learning about information architecture, training, content strategy, and even something about customer support.
Although I’ve focused on the technical communications area as both a writer (you name it, I’ve written it) and a manager, I’m also an advocate for cross-team collaboration and building user communities.
What’s Customers and Content about?
I know that I still have a lot to learn about creating useful and effective documentation (and videos, and UI text…). And customer success. And community building. And…I can go on and on.
